At the present Obuv Rossii includes 100 stores represented in the cities of Siberia, the Ural and central Russia. And the company does not stop there: it continues to explore new territory and develop new directions.
  
To organize more effective  work with staff the company has  its own HR-manager in each of the regional subdivision, HR-manager is responsible not only for recruiting employees but also for their training.

 

Obuv Rossii offers significant career opportunities for staff. When extending the divisions within the company, creating new structures, launching new directions the company uses an internal talent reserve. Many of the office professionals and managers of Obuv Rossii started with the job of administrators and sellers of the stores.

 
The company pays great attention to the professional development of staff, developing programs in-house training for sellers, administrators of the stores, and for the managers. Managers and division managers are trained on the program MBA.
